Frank T. Sinito is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of The Millennia Companies®, a high-performance business enterprise, with a strong sense of mission, operating in a closely aligned set sectors including real estate development, property management and construction services. Sinito has extensive expertise in these sectors, created these businesses and maintains both a tactical and strategic engagement with each operation from the company’s headquarters at Key Tower in Cleveland, Ohio.
Since founding The Millennia Companies® in 1995, Sinito expanded its portfolio of apartment developments to include more than 275 multifamily residential communities in 26 states, many of which have undergone transformative rehabilitations. These efforts have resulted in thousands of housing opportunities for families of all income levels. In addition, in 2017, Sinito led the acquisition and renovation of the Key Center complex, which includes Key Tower and Cleveland Marriott Downtown. The revitalization of Key Center, coupled with impressive renovations of The Statler and The Garfield Building, have contributed to the growth and revitalization of downtown Cleveland.
Sinito is active in community and industry associations. He sits on the board of directors for the American Red Cross of Northeast Ohio and is a member of the Northeast Ohio Apartment Association and the Midwest Affordable Housing Management Association. He founded, and now chairs, True Freedom Ministries. Sinito graduated from Cleveland State University (CSU) with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and minor in Finance. As an alumnus, Sinito is supporting the creation of The NRP & Millennia Center for Property Management within CSU’s Monte Ahuja College of Business.
